Autism Association of Northeast Arkansas, Inc. (AANEA) was formed in 2006 by a group of parents, educators and professionals to address the needs faced by families of someone diagnosed as having an autism spectrum disorder.
AANEA, Inc. is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization whose mission is to promote education and awareness of autism spectrum disorders in Northeast Arkansas and the surrounding communities. The association offers support groups, trainings, and conferences to anyone interested.
A scholarship and grant program are also available to send local families to conferences that are offered outside Northeast Arkansas and for other services with which families might need financial help.
