In May I will graduate from Arkansas State University with a B.S. in Communication Disorders. I hope to start graduate studies there in June. My future goal is to become a Speech Language Pathologist and work with special needs children. I have been volunteering with AANEA since its start, and have been a board member since 2010.

During my teaching career, I have had the opportunity to work with some very wonderful students with autism. I also have a 10 year old son with autism, who brings joy to every minute of my life.
